Journey to be Remember !

Kalinchowk is a little known and rarely visited tourist destination situated in Dolakha, Nepal. This is at the altitude

(3790m) which is the highest around the vicinity.From this place one can get a wonderful panoramic view

of Gauri shankher mountain range. Even the lights of Kathmandu valley can be seen from this place at night.

I had an adventurous trek along with my Friends to this place on 2017-01-18 . On the way we had too much fun as we could see good

views and pure beauty of Nature.It was marvelous, just woow .We had disadvantage against Time because the sunsets fast during winter. All the tiredness vanished as we felt snow over some areas. When we got KURI (around 7PM) I felt like I was not in Nepal but in another land of foreign country. The surrounding was covered with snow like in a movies. The hotel of Kuri were filled with droplets of snow at the roof . I felt i was part of some English movie like cold Mountain.

Next morning we hike for around 45 min to reach 700 mtrs from Kuri to reach the Kalinchowk peak.

My first paragliding experience !

What a fantastic experience. At all times I felt safe with the pilot. You fly like a bird with great views. Many companies use the same take off so there was about 10 paragliders in the sky at the same time

My Pilot has been doing paragliding in Nepal for more than 9 years and have done more than 5000 flights. Due to his experience, I was able to stay airborne for more than 30 minutes while the normal flight is less than 20 minutes and the final showdown Aerobatics was soo awesome. Fighting with G force was one hell out of challenge :).  Had an awesome Fun.

"Heaven is Myth but Gosainkunda is Real".. One of the most lovable,adventures and mysterious trekking place in Nepal !! You won't regret when you climb the height of 4380m and enjoy the magic of Nature beauty and Peace. One of the place that must be listed in your bucket list.

We Are The Miracle.

Recently I was corresponding with someone from Papua New Guinea (PNG). The person spoke of the roads there. Their government is always saying they have no funds to fix the roads. We have the same problems with our government here in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada where I live. And we also have too much waste. It should be better here.

We like to pray: "Oh God, please let me win the lottery. Then my life will be okay."

With their issues of government and ours, we can pray that God will come and save us and fix the problems within government and such. But God isn't the one that can do that.

You see, people are always looking for miracles. But we are the miracle. We create the changes. We create the differences. We are the miracles. We are the children of God. We have to do God's work. This is what he asks. It is time we get off our knees and do. Words without action is death. Use the tools given us.

It is Tuesday, June 29th, 2010 and going on to midnight as I write this. It's storming here. Hailing in fact. Terrible. It will bring sadness. It will bring insurance claims. Damaged cars. Damaged houses and other properties.

Maybe there is a lesson in here? Nature being at work. God at work. Why is he doing this? Damaging all this? Perhaps he is just getting us to think? Do we need these things? Are those pot holes so bad? How did we ever manage before paved roads? Are clearcoat high-shine paint jobs on our automobiles important?


This is the end. It must be the end, right?
